>My turnaround time is anywhere from 1 week to the latest of 6 months. It depends on the project.
>I reserve the right to decline a purchase/commission without reasoning

>You may not edit my art in any circumstance

> You may request changes up until the image is finalized, afterwards, I will not redo the drawing without payment
> If youre giving me many MANY changes (large ones) i have every right to ask for more payment, as youre paying for more labor
>You are responsible for your discounts, if you are a patron and commission me, you may ask about the discount to apply it
>My art is not to be used for anything other than personal use. You may not make merchandise using my work.
>I reserve the right to use any and all work of mine as an example or to promote myself
> If youre doing a payment plan the expected finish payment should be 2 weeks after the prior one (UNLESS discussed)
> (for coms) If the payment plan isnt finished by the expected time above, (and if im able) i will refund you
>Credit my art properly please, if youre ever unsure, just credit my toyhouse

Customs and Design

> This is now only here for people to look back on. I do not do customs anymore (outside of patreon rewards)
> You are not allowed to place your own TOS onto my Designs
> You may not edit my art at all.
> You can NOT trade/sell/gift to anyone on my blacklist nor buy them art or designs from me
> Please do not redesign my designs to the point of being unrecognizable, and only ask me about if its okay AFTER THE REDESIGN IS DONE.
>Do not remove credit or falsely credit my designs under someone else. Thank you
> Do not sell a design for more than you put into it
> Do not copy or heavily reference my designs
> Do not co-own my designs please.
